I had a happy childhood, spending all my summer holidays in a very warm place near the Black Sea. Small house of my grandmother was surrounded by wonderful landscapes of Dniester firth, wetlands and steep hills. This was my World! The butterflies, dragonflies, turtles, birds.. and so many wild flowers and grasses. No surprise I became a landscape designer and landscape painter.
Time flies, I changed countries and occupations but I always have been in connection with the Nature.
Australia presented me new opportunities. Today I continue working with Nature but in different ways. Creating botanical patterns on natural fabrics using local flora is an exciting and rewarding process. I produce one of a kind eco-friendly handmade items with unique botanical prints, naturally dye fabrics, saw clothing and create digital patters inspired by Nature.
I’m always open to licencing my designs, collaboration with other artists, fashion designers and like-minded persons.
